Elisa Fernandez

Elisa has over 25 years in sales & marketing specializing in hospitality, advertising and solar. She has 15 years in the solar industry, beginning as a consultant for one of the first solar companies ever established in Florida, working alongside Nathan at the start of his career, too!  She fell in love with solar and all of the benefits solar energy offers to Floridians. Elisa learned everything she could about the solar industry over the years, and her dedication and enthusiasm has lead every company she worked with to great success.  Elisa was the first woman to sell a solar energy system in Central Florida! After a decade in the industry, she continued to work with and grow several solar companies, pivoting them from small mom and pop shops to multi-million dollar operations in the solar market.  Elisa has spent the last 6 years working as an account manager for one of the largest solar equipment distributors in the country, Gexpro/Rexel.  She recently joined the Castaways Team on Valentine’s Day in 2022!  Now, she is looking forward to growing Castaways Energy by building the brand, setting the standard, and growing the customer base, adding many Floridians to the Castaways Energy Island of Solar Excellence.  Elisa enjoys spending time with her family, is an avid football fan, and one of the kindest souls you will ever meet!
